Radiobuddies operates an IRC network powered by InspIRCd v4 and Anope Services, along with web-based access through KiwiIRC.
We strive to maintain reliable uptime and security, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any connection interruptions, data loss, or technical issues that may occur.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post in chat rooms but grant Radiobuddies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, transmit, and store such content as part of providing the service.
We DO NOT reserve any logs either publically or private. We do remove messages or content that violate our rules or TOS.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Radiobuddies respects user privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we do not require registration for most chat rooms, IP addresses and session data may be logged for security and moderation purposes.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

Our network and channel operators may take any necessary action to maintain a safe environment, including:

  • Permanent account or IP bans for repeated violations

  • Content moderation and removal without prior notice

Moderator decisions are final to protect community integrity and user safety.

We will directly report to your local hosting provider or web dns provider incase of usage or our contents, metas or any links of this website.
